This place was such a pleasant surprise...The Chart House lured us in with their gorgeous decor and particularly their giant aquarium in the middle...had the seafood mixed grill: mahi, Mediterranean shrimp, and a crab cake. It was all fantastic, especially the shrimp. I could eat that shrimp every day for the rest of my life.
Always pains me to give this good of a review to a chain but Chart House held up their end of the bargain.
Try the Chart House Soufflé, big enough to share and served with raspberry, chocolate or Grand Marnier crème anglaise.
the scenic view was not of anything outdoors, but a huge, well stocked aquarium that was very relaxing.

very noisy inside as the music was so loud that people had to talk louder just to be able to communicate.
Entirely too noisy. Couldn't hear the server describe featured item. Tables jammed close together. Space much too small for this restaurant.
Prime rib, just melted in my mouth. Spinach and asparagus were excellent.
Atmosphere was very nice. We sat right next to the large fish tank. The food however, lacked taste. The sauces for the seafood were bland. The NE chowder was watery and the celerey in the soup was undercooked. The main entree (mixed grill) was not as tasty as I wanted
